CANCEL / RESCHEDULE: We require a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. If less time is given we charge 50% of the service total. NO SHOW: If you do not come to your appointment, with no communication with us, we charge 100% of the service total. TARDINESS: We allow a 10 minute grace period for appointments. Anything later may be subject to service modifications or a cancelation/reschedule fee. CHILDREN: We ask that children under 12 who are not getting a service to not accompany you. Children under 15 who are receiving a service must be accompanied by an adult.
